Sweet Dreams Tea

These herbs are known to encourage deep relaxation and sleep. This is a slightly bitter tasting brew so adding honey or sugar to taste may be required. Ingredients: Lotus flower,  Damiana, Hops, Tulsi, Passionflower, Skullcap, Zizyphus. Add 1-2 tsp per cup of hot water, allow to steep for at least 5mins covered. Drink a cup 1 hour before bed for a deep, dreamy sleep.
